When editing entry start time, keep entry end time fixed.

I often have the following workflow:
- I notice at lunch I forgot to clock in in the morning
- I clock in and out to create a new entry with the correct end time
- Some time later, I edit the start time to the correct time.
However, this then changes the entry end time automatically, and I always have to manually undo that and set the end time to the previous value again.
I think it would be more intuitive if changing an entry start time didn't affect the end time (same as the other way around).

This will be added to WorkTimes 6.8, which is currently in Review.
I've chosen a slightly different approach:
- All-day recordings still have the "old" behavior.
- Working hours will still have the "old" behavior unless saved.
- When editing a saved working hour recording, changing the start- or end date won't affect the counterpart.
